How do I know which air purifier is right for my room size?
Each product page lists the recommended square footage. For optimal performance, we suggest choosing a model rated for a slightly larger space than your actual room to ensure a higher Air Change Rate (ACH).
How often should I replace the HEPA filters?
Most HEPA filters last between 6 to 12 months depending on usage and air quality. Many of our models include a filter replacement indicator light to notify you when it is time for a fresh one.
Do you offer free shipping on large units?
Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all orders over $99 within the contiguous United States. Larger units are securely packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
What is your return policy if I am not satisfied?
We offer a 30-day risk-free trial. If you are not satisfied with your air purifier, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided it is in its original packaging.
